For Multi-Placement FITCUPPING, we recommend to do these routines with oil or while wet. First, locate your pain or tension area to FITCUPP® and squeeze your FITCUPP®. Place your FITCUPP® on the area of tension/pain and let go! Feel the suction lifting up! Let the FITCUPP® stand for 1 minute, then re-squeeze and move CUPP. Repeat as needed until the area of concern has been cupped.
